We provide care to everyone who qualifies for our services, and we provide free communication assistance so that language or disability is never a barrier to treatment.

Notice of nondiscrimination

We provide, free of charge:

  • Aids and services to people with disabilities to help them communicate effectively with us — including qualified sign language interpreters and written information in other formats, such as large print, audio, or accessible electronic formats.
  • Language services to people whose primary language is not English — including qualified interpreters and information written in other languages.

How to file a grievance with us

If you believe that we have failed to provide these services or discriminated in another way on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex, you can file a grievance with our Civil Rights Coordinator:

You can file a grievance in person, by mail, by phone, or by email. If you need help filing one, our Civil Rights Coordinator is available to help you. We will acknowledge your grievance, investigate it, and respond in writing. We will not retaliate against you for filing a grievance, and filing one will not affect your treatment here.

How to file a complaint with the federal government
