Discharge Is the Beginning of Long-Term Recovery
Leaving treatment can be hopeful and intimidating at the same time. Ambience begins discharge planning early so clients and families can prepare for life after treatment.
A Practical Plan for What Comes Next
Aftercare planning may include outpatient referrals, individual counseling, psychiatric follow-up, medication management, recovery meetings, sober living referrals, family support, vocational resources, transportation coordination, and community supports.
Staying Connected
Alumni involvement and follow-up support help clients remain connected to encouragement, accountability, and resources. The goal is to help people know they are not alone after they leave residential care.
Recovery is possible, and you don't have to do it alone. Our team is here to guide you every step of the way.
