Programs & Levels of Care

Intensive Outpatient (IOP) in Texas

Structured therapy sessions 3 to 5 days per week while you continue living at home, working, and caring for your family.

A Flexible Step in Your Recovery

Think of IOP as the middle ground between living at a treatment facility and going it alone. You attend therapy sessions 3 to 5 days per week — with morning and evening options — then go home at the end of each session. This means you can keep working, stay connected with your family, and sleep in your own bed while still getting serious, structured help.

What to Expect in IOP

At Ambience Recovery Center, our IOP combines group therapy, one-on-one counseling, and relapse prevention education into a program that fits around your life. You'll build coping skills, learn to manage triggers, and develop a strong support network — all while practicing what you learn in real-world situations every day.

Flexible by Design

IOP works as a step-down after completing residential treatment, or as a starting point if your situation allows you to live at home safely. Either way, you get the structure and accountability of a clinical program without putting your entire life on hold.

Recovery is possible, and you don't have to do it alone. Our team is here to guide you every step of the way.
